Okay gonna start my own journal now since it'll clear up some miss matched forum posts and I'll write up little things I do and for people looking for bug eyes I'll list the repairs I have started so far.
From those of you that dont know I was in a accident on Jan 27'th, car looked pretty much totaled. If you want to read more heres the link.

But since the accident I just BARELY recieved the car on April 2'nd. I didnt want to make a big drive to the Glen Helen rallyX for saturday(over 3 hour drive) especially after JUST getting the car back and not knowing if anything will happen. So I took it to the beach which was a short fun drive and played with it a little in the sand. Here is how she looks now for the moment.

Its been a while since Ive actually posted in my journal but eh hell why not just carry on! Recently I've started to develop another cold start fuel leak, after 5 mins of warm up the leak would go away. I've already replaced the needed parts for the recall/TSB about a year and a half ago. It has been since then, but recently it started again NOT from the hoses that would leak. The leak was coming from a hose and clamps I replaced during the first fuel leak. The issue was ****ty hose clamps and a ****ty hose I picked up from Kragens/O'Rielly's. I didnt want another vehicle fire anytime soon so I had to fix this soon.
I also started to develop a very small, slow, ugly looking coolant leak on the coolant resivour off the intake manifold. I know the 2002's are famous for that leak cause from factory they painted both sides of the top half of the resivour, paint fades away from hot coolant and blah blah blah, its freakin leaking.
I set up my garage and grabbed a bunch of necessary tools from work and started throwing wrenchs at it.

As you can see where the coolant was coming from..DUH

Looks like baby poo

Top removed you can see where the gasket was failing.

intake off and fuel hose fixed. time to start some cleaning!

Since I had the intake and intercooler off I decided to paint both of them, didnt feel like going with a bright ass Ken Block Gymkhana green or anything so i went with VHT flat aluminum paint. Once I had both pieces painted I felt that my intercooler needed a cool accent piece. Didnt want a STI, Subaru logo, or something most people would have. I went with the DC shoes logo cause I like DC shoes, its Subuaru affiliated and it seemed awesome. I did have to sacrifice a DC sticker to do this but it was the perfect size and I didnt have to freehand the logo so it felt like a win win situation!

parts finishing up drying
http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b356/snaggleto0th/DSC03485.jpg
final product not to shabby, no sags or any defects in the VHT flat black DC logo.

removed all the rust and paint on the top piece, and some rust on the bottom half. The upper piece has some metal pitting and defects from just age which I expect to be normal for most coolant parts that are metal.

Since I didnt have time or any extra money to get the new gasket for the coolant resivour I used silicone Black RTV to help reseal the tank and re-use the gasket.
http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b356/snaggleto0th/DSC03492.jpg
Using a small amount of silicone on both pieces and spreading it pretty evenly and letting it sit for about 15mins to get a little tacky it would be ready to put back together.

Tada!

After finally finishing the whole job it was time to finish drinking some more beer. As I was drinking pretty much from the start of the job to the end and then some lol.

Found a hiding DI.com sticker in a box for my stock mirrors and gave it a new home!
Everything works good, no coolant/fuel/vacuum/boost leaks cars runs great still. I let the car sit over with Sea Foam Deep Creep heavily sprayed into each cylinder VIA through the TGV's they had carbon build up, gunk, oil in each intake port. So I sprayed the hell out of each one and on top of the TGV valves, by the time I started to work on it the next morning each intake runner and TGV valve was clean and no more carbon! Car did smoke out of the exhaust for quite some time which is expected when ever you use a Sea Foam product through the intake and not through the fuel.
Thanks for looking/reading comments are welcome as well as questions!

bumping your old members journal, just wondering if you had any clearance issues with your exhaust and trailer hitch setup?
