Current plans/problems:

COSMETIC:
-fix front bumper somehow, jimmy rig, or replace if cheap enough

MECHANICAL:
-fix reverse (pops out, have to hold it hard to get it to reverse)
-exhaust is leaky

UPGRADE:
-install shift light that's sitting in basement
-better suspension
-rally wheels/tires

INTERIOR SPECIFIC:
-roll cage

Goal(s):

-to fix her up so she looks pretty decent, and over time, like a rally car
-and to have fun on some rally-x and rally stage tracks, maybe one day I'll race people, who knows..

I'd leave the bumper as-is. Its going to get thrashed anyway, spend the money fixing other mechanical issues first.

Careful on the big/better brake kit. You do that and you won't be able to fit 15's! Stick to the stockers and just upgrade the pads and rotors. You'll find that to be more than sufficient on dirt.

Thanks! Are the drum brakes on the rear ok or should I convert to disk? :lick: Will dirt get stuck in them?

You can convert them to disc. Not sure how the drums work in the dirt. Look for some RS take-offs over on RS25 or Nasioc.

I'll check over there, so any size brakes will work from a 2.5rs? The entire brake system correct? Thanks for your help :D

I haven't had an issue with drums on the back. They are also lighter than a disk conversion. Porterfield can make you brake shoes with any of their compounds.

Sold the car. Going to hold off, save up, and get a fully built stage car. Good times though for the short time we had together.. Everything must come to an end.
