I first installed these bad boys just about 2yrs ago. I am just now replacing them with a brand new set of Bosch Icons yet again. These things just work awesome. They are a little expensive, but well worth it in my opinion. Around $40 for both fronts. I always struggled to find a good wiper blade until I found these at my local AutoZone. I highly recommend them to everyone!
Oh yeah... Advanced Auto is having a "25% off wiper blades" sale. Icons for the WRX are around $30 with the 25% off.

Great in winter! I got them in January of 06 for my Colorado trip. I never had a problem with them cleaning the windows. They have been through 2 winters so far. I have washed away mud with them as well.

They are not cheap by any means. But I think they are well worth it. I can seriously go through 3-4 sets of cheap ones in a year.... So that makes it worth it to me. Plus, they are bracketless, so ice can not build up in between there and cause streaks.

OMG!!! :o these things are great i can actually see through my windshied...thanx man great find/report.
about the price i paid about 42 bucks which is not that bad concidering i just went through mine in about 6 months... at 32 bucks so ten bucks more doesn't really make that much difference and they look great.

Just thought I'd chime in on this one too. I picked up a set of these for my Corrado, which is notorious for having terrible wipers. I replaced the wiper arms with ones from an Audi A4 years ago, but nothing ever worked as well as these Icons. Man! First swipe at the morning dew/condensation and bam, clear screen - that has never happened, it always left something either going up or coming down. And they do look awesome too. Very impressed, I'll be getting some for the Evo and LGT as well.
DI off-topic is 2 for 2 on recommendations as far as I'm concerned :D

For those of you that suffer from blades that judder in one direction, there is a fix: Twist the wiper arm a little so the blade sits more perpendicular to the windshield. Works everytime.
How much are you guys paying for these things now? We can get you the Bosch Icon for around $17 each for the 19" ones just as an example.
These are nice looking blades but I prefer the PIAA, especially the carbon fiber ones, total rally- bling. $19.50 each for the 19"

Weird, I never bragged to you about these. They do work awsome and don't lift off the windshield like winter blades.

Cool I am glad someone is saying good things about these, because everyone I've talked to say they suck in snow. Guess I'll find out pretty soon!

They are the type of blade that the newest gen Civics have (I drove an 06 Si for about a year before I got the STi.) I liked them a lot. Only thing I didn't like was that it's impossible to find a silicone insert for them. Natural rubber sucks/corrodes. Silicone inserts last years.

The Valeos are the same as the Bosch in that they're the 'curved' style that kinda press onto the glass. But they're not identical (i.e. rebranded).
I think I had some Valeos on the Evo for a while - they were some of the first 'curved' types anyway. But one day - actually just before Laughlin last year - I tried to wash the screen and the wiper blade came apart.
But I'd agree - curved style > flat style every time.
And this is dumb but the hinged cover over the hook on the Bosch works great and looks very clean.
