THat is the Gorgie Performance Big Valley STi. It is the world's fastest USDM 6-spd STi. I believe the tranny is stock, but obviously the clutch isn't.

i watched the big valley car run at the subaru shootout in 06 at numedia dragway... they actually lifted a head off the block with the amount of boost they were running. it was crazy, dumped coolant on the tires, almost lost it, and the car still clocked a mid 15 or so after shutting it down less than halfway down the track.
