2.5rs vs 2.2L Diff

I bought a 2001 2.5rs rear end for the disc brakes and i have the diff and sway bar, can i just bolt up the new rear en into my 1998 L?

You're likely going to have to swap your diff in there, but depending if yours is auto and the rs was manual you would be able to do it.. I think those are the only two ratios that overlap.
