I have been into rally/tarmac racing since I was a kid. An impreza has always been my dream car but I knew I would not have enough money. So I bought the next best thing, a 1986 Corolla hatch back. I was 15 at the time. After going through 4 different cars and 19 years old I find my dream car!!!!! I still get all giddy each time I see the thing. I am giddy right now just writing about it haha. :jack:

Yes the name is "Blue Dragon" corny, but it is for a reason... a long story about a long road trip with a friend. Good stuff.

After a lot of rally practicing in the year I have had it she has become disheveled cosmetically. I always keep the performance aspect at tip top but tend to care less about how the car looks when it comes to rallying fast.

I know boo to me... but hey it is well worth the practice... I am only going to hate myself if I ever crash it. Only crashed once in my life... other than this. Crashed the 1986 corolla... was practicing on my dirt driveway/road and went a bit too fast around a turn... too much oversteer with the slide and boom my rear tire slammed into a rock going sideways and rolled it.

But hey out of all the "practice" miles I put on my cars... I say I've been doing a lot better being that it is a small dent :)

Mod list is very small... almost non existent. It is only my first year with the car, and I am currently in college with no job so the going will be super slow until I get a job. It'll build up though!

For future plans as of now I will be replacing the passenger side front axle due to a ripped CV boot. Wrap the wheels with new tires, get it aligned at the same time, then buy a free flow cat to replace my old cat with broken combs. It rattles each time I get around 3k rpm and gets very annoying at times. This should all be happening in March.

Other than that I will just be looking for a job and saving up any penny I find so I can start adding to the dragon instead of renovating.

I will also need to replace my Head Gaskets too... I guess I need to do it soon, but I have no freakin money to do it and I am worried they are going to randomly blow on me... Any suggestions? Here is some pics for help.

looks are for show cars! i have a simlar dent
