AFAIK there isn't a lift kit for the newer model impreza's but you MIGHT beable to use a newer model forester suspension to lift it up but i don't think anyone has done it yet i'm sure someone else will chime in to confirm or deny my wild claims;)

I've been looking into whether or not you can use the Forester suspension, but we got like 25" of snow here so I haven't been able to get the pictures I was trying to get.

the problem with those other post is that fact that no one give a solid answer of yes or no in regards to the jackson rally kit and the forester suspension

Thats probably because no one has mounted the forester suspension on our cars yet and there is no Jackson Rally kit made.....
Personally, I don't expect Jackson Rally to produce a kit for our cars based on what I've experienced here so far. I'm looking into having something produced, much like the lift kits available for the older model subarus, but its very preliminary at this point. I made a post on here looking for people who would be interested in such a kit so I can gauge how much real interest there is. I would assume that if there was enough of a demand for this, a manufacturer would step up and make what we are looking for.

We should have our lift kit available for the 2008-2010 Impreza and 2009-2010 Forester in the next week or two!

Someone should look into producing a combination of Forester struts and custom parts to create a lift kit that bolts up, corrects camber and alignment, and actually gives the car more suspension travel as well.
