STI Motor & 6-Speed Trans

Do you guys know how much a STI motor & 6-Speed trans would cost to put in a 1999 Impreza 2.2L Sedan? :muhaha::muhaha::muhaha::muhaha:!!!!!

about 6K for the drivetrain and depending on how much of the work you do......

it's about impossible to really estimate what it would be. you would also have to have someone merge the harnesses too. someone like west coast swappers could give you an idea what that cost

If you can find a 2004+ STi engine, ECU, wiring, transmission, rear diff, axles, hubs, and brakes for 6K they're either stolen or broken.

OP, assuming you can do the work and wiring yourself you're looking at around 10K in parts alone.

A deal on the gear would be $8k. You can barely find a destroyed donor for less than that. A WRX would be a better cost option. Especially an '06-07.
