Since nasioc can't help...
This started about two weeks ago..whenever the steering is at, or almost at full loc and feel a clunking sound during slow speed turns. However, the problem is inter and will not always occur. I jacked the car up yesterday to see if I could figure out going on and discovered when I rotate the wheels, a clicking sound is coming from transmission. What could have possibly gone wrong?

my first thought would be ball joint or wheel bearing, the wheel bearing would make that kinda clicking/clunking noise with load so jacking the car up would releave the load therefore noise going away.
i would go in this order as far as trouble shooting, if you haven't done so.
check wheel bearing for any play.
check your balljoints boots for any leaks and tares.
and then if everything is good, then it would be time to check into your front diff.

^^^^ he said he jacked the car up and the sound was still there but in the transmission. so it cant be a wheel bearing. what im going to say is that its NOT in your transmission, and that maybe you bent something in the steering and it is hitting something near the tranny..
get 2 people to do this and look with a flashlight under the front of the car.
just my 2 cents
balljoints.. maybe :)

This JUST happened to me. Same exact thing. When I turned at for or almost full lock at slow speeds it would happen. Then if I went a little faster it would go away. took it in under warranty and they thought it was the wheel bearings. They were replaced, but the noise was still there. It turned out that my center diff was destroyed.
Not sure how they tested it other then taking it apart, but the car drives fine now... well... at least related to that problem it drives fine now...

It makes the sound if I manually rotate the wheels by hand.

check your inner cv joints to see if there is any play, i have seen those go and they can sound kind of like what your explaining.
