15"wheels on an '06 WRX wagon?

Can anyone confirm whether or not 15" wheels will fit over the breaks of a 2006 WRX wagon?

Some of them, yes.

Most of them, no.

Are there some specific ones you are looking at? Look for 15" wheels that are advertised as "fitting over 4 pots."

if you can find a set of the Sport edition E3 wheels, that is what I have on my 4pots. Otherwise you will be in the Enkei gravels, Team dynamics gravels, Compomotive, speedline, and other rally wheel types.
