BREMBO SLOTTED ROTORS REVIEW

I purchased the Brembo rotors from NCRALLY for $400 and that was before sales tax. They came in a sweet box and i felt like a 6 year old kid at christmas..I opened the box and the front rotor was a brillant gold. Ok so i put them on with hawk HPS pads and the feeling from stock was easy to feel. As i was breaking them in, it started to snow. I finished the break in and waitied for 15min to let the rotors and pads cool down a little and went to a large parking lot. I know the rotors are brand new but i had to see how the new brakes reacted to the snow. I wanted to test the stopping distance in a smooth parking lot around 45mph and it was fantastic. Even with the wet surface the abs did not kick on and i stopped on a penney! i dunno for those of u looking for better brakes but want to retain the stock dust shield in the front and the rear i would go for the brembo. As for the pads hawk HPS street is more aggresive then others, but will be accpeted by the SCCA, wich I intend on running in the spring. I will get better pics later.

I'll have to look into those rotors when I do the Hawk HPS pads this spring.

I am going to take pics on the car tommrow and i am getting my sparco steering wheel installed with prodrive quick release! i want to take the car and rally cross in the SCCA.
