Does anyone know if the SPT Intake will work with the AP? Even though some of the map tech pubs on the main site say only the stock air box and there Cobb Sort Ram Intake will work.. not really worried because the air box is rated for high hp and air flow... just curious.

It'll work, but you prolly won't get the most out of it until you get it tuned.

I know it doesn't void your warranty, like an aftermarket would, And I dont think Subaru Reflashes the ECU when they install them...So I am assuming close to stock box airflow....

Maybe someone know for sure... But those are my thoughts on it....

You should sell the AP and go open source.... then you know it will be tuned properly!

The SPT flows similar to stock air box, so yeah no reflash upon install.

Thanks guys. I am looking in to getting the TurboSX ECU and Map switch kit.. but for now the AP will do for now....

Where would I find the open source that you are talking about.. or I might just be tired being 12:12 am :-)

Double check that a tuner near you uses enginuity first though. Either that or be ready to dump hours upon hours into research on exactly how it all works. You can and will screw your engine if you start changing stuff without knowing how it all works. You will also need a wideband o2 sensor.

yea my buddie Checky has that program and he said it worked really well and he has the cable... I will call him up and see if he wants to part with it.
