Well, hi everyone.

I am sure that some of you already know me but I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Innocence Renee and I work for Mtv. I am a mechanic but I do the advertising and marketing. I have a 05' black STi with volks and afew other mods :)
I have my suby and 3 other cars with two bikes.

So, that is me and I hope I get to meet new people on here

Hi guys,

I know alot of you have said how my car is clean...

Well, i know that i am supposed to have it dirty and in mud but she is very pampered. I dont take it off road or in the dirt. i have an off set like an M3's so i dont take it on canon runs or really anything.

i got this 'you have been spotted' card on my window the other night when i was at an evo meet. you all are very nice and maybe we could all meet up one night...

Wow. That is pretty original. Too bad that I am an A.S.E. certified mechanic and have been in the industry for over 13 yrs. I am not even close to a valley girl and I know I drive better then you. Dont get me wrong, I love a good boy hatin on the girl contest but we are on the same team. We both have subys and should play nice.

So with that said, stop feeling insecure that a girl can drive your car better then you :wink: Get back on the welcome committee or go play with your dollies.

maybe this is a noob question, but what's an 'offset like an M3s'? Are you talking about your rims? What's the offset? and why does that restrict you from canyon runs/hard cornering? Do you take it on the track?

I had typed this long message but I decided not to. I shouldnt have to explain why I dont like to take MY car to the track, dirt, and canyons. My friends that have Limited STi's dont take them in the dirt and all my friends dont take our suby's in the dirt.

I figure you all dont pay for my car, I DO. When the haters start to pay my $650.00 a month car payment, then i will really listen to your opinions, til' then stfu.

If you dont know how an M3 is set up then look it up. OR you can meet up with me and check out MY STi AND MY M3. I just bought one :tongue: . So... HATERS, just stop and get off the bi!chy wagon. I dont care.

In the end, just be nice and quit with pissing contest.

Just say "My wheels are Offset" Not I have an Off Set, symantics yes, but we don't know what you mean if your just using slang. Also you cant run a staggared set up on and AWD car. It makes them handle like ass. If you put a wider rear tire on a car that already has a tendency to understeer its only gonna do it worse. If your just into carshows whatever, Free country I guess.

For the record, I didn't do any 'hating'....I simply asked you an easy question about your car. Why would I look up how an M3 is set up when I know you can just tell me about it in two sentences? This is a Subaru forum, we all own subarus here...you came on here and explained why you drive (or don't drive) like you do and referred to a different make and model of car. That's cool...but then if someone nicely asks about your mods, the nice thing to do is explain why. I even was extra nice and qualified my question as a 'noob' question, so why do you have go and get all defensive about it?

I have a couple other opinions about all this, but I really I just wanted to defend my question. I have sponsors (and potential sponsors) that watch this forum and I have a professional reputation to uphold and I will not contribute to internet arguments.

that just makes no sence at all.....thats all I was saying.....and if you have any knowledge about tire and wheels you would never run different size or width tires on a awd car. Every min the car is moving its closer to blowing up drivetrain parts.......technicaly its not offset....its called a stagered fitment, much like a porche or some bmw's or even a corvette. Offset reffers to the distance from the center of the wheel to the mounting surface, thus increasing or decreasing the stance of your car.

I have an OFFSET not a staggered set up.

My car isnt going to blow up and I put a lot of money in my car. My car is very cared for by me and Dynamic.

I am done discussing my car because most of the questions came across as a pissing contest.

If you cant argue on here or even have a discussion because of 'sponsors' then dont start posting to begin with. I think that is what PM's are for. If that is still a problem then pay for your own **** on your car and dont count on 'sponsors' for it.
