03 Wrx engine light and airbag light on

I just received my 03 wrx (http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/#) after a long 2month wait. I get it and it has the check engine light on as well as an airbag. I also noticed when I was going up a hill on the turbo, the turbo cut out then jumped back up.

It has a bov( i know there bad, but I just got it)
aem intake
and I think a manula boost controller
stock exhaust (http://www.dirtyimpreza.com/forums/#) (wtf was the guy thinking)

anyways I checked the oil and it seemed fine.
Temp was in the middle of the gauge


I really need your help as I got to get this fixed before I smog it or it wont pass and the seller is an %%#%#&http://www.wrxtuners.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif

oh yeah it was made 07/2002 where is the id # so I can tell if it has an AA or BA transmission?

I also noticed sometimes I would be getting a negative boost of about -.2 to -.5 boost is that normal? Not when I was on the throttle though.

neg boost is normal when your not on the throttle i might have my stock bov from my bug eye lying around if you want it shoot me a pm and i'll see if i still have it. other then that i don't know much but i'm sure others will chime in.

alright sorry for the late reply. I will see into that connection tomorrow. SO I disconnected the battery and it shuts off the CE light, I noticed it comes back on when your on the gas and the BOV goes puffffhhay(sound) normally in 3rd gear. I think thats just by coincedence. So I think I want a stock bpv or bov whatever its called.

Id try a stock one if your having issues down the road... the big bovs arent all that great.... argument may insue...

You can always take it to Autozone or a Subaru dealer and have them check the ECU and tell you exactly what the CEL is. Autozone is free and usually the Subaru guys do it for free (not always)

with the jackass seller and shipper. I had to fight tooth and nail to get it and when i did.......... It wasnt in near as good as it was said to be.

rotors and breaks were shot...tires are pass bald.Check engine light,,Damaged front bumper from(1st shipping company who went under) 2 months of lies. Finally the police found the car behind an autoshop and seized it so I could get another shipping company. Scratches everywhere and tiny dents.

Anyways I got it so now im trying to get it back to normal. :)
Did I mention the interior looks really nice, but smells of mold not bad but a little bit. Also when I got it, it looked as if someone just took is to a rally event it was so filthy/muddy.

I had two CELs from my exhuast set up. Never put an reroute for the O2 sensor. That alone gave me two CELs so they could be nothing. Dont worry yet man.

I cant find the paper that Iwrote what codes happened. I changed the sparkplugs today and picked up a 100rpm at idle about. It runs much smoother now and I changed the fuel filter. Changing spark plugs was a pita. I'm gonna look for the paper.
