How about for the most broken/biggest whoops of the month? I think that I might have that one covered here. Dirt road+speed and inexperience=Big repair bill...oops!

There could be some interesting entries into that category. Some people may not want to own up to submit... ;)
I'm interested in it...

^^^^This one might have me beat as far as the repair bill, but am I safe to assume that you were actually racing at the time? Because I was just screwing around for some video and lost it in a right hand corner at about 50.

And oddly enough, after hitting this bank at about 45-50, the alignment was left unaltered...

You need rally tires.
Mine was at about 70 ish into a tree trying to make my way onto the podiumn on the last stage of a 3 day rally.
it was pretty expensive even though I do all of my work.

Erik, question: so in that particular crash, what survived? Engine? tranny? turbo? frame?
not me... but I was there when Bris (GravelGirl) tagged a K-Rail pretty hard at a SoCal rally-x a couple of years ago.. both air bags deployed and her mom was in the car with her.. nobody got hurt - it was my first rally-x and I had just got done telling my wife that the chance of me hurting my car is almost zero.... um, ok - I did say 'almost'

Jack, i was there at Tombstone (getting my feet wet in rallyx as well) and this happened about 3 cars ahead of me when we were staging. I wasn't too stoked on having them park the damaged car right by the starting gate! talk about a psychological block...

Wow, what a bitter first post ...
Neither of those look that bad ( assuming the doors still open and the main structure is ok.. roof floors a-pilars ) ... just needs some shetmetal and a slide hammer. maybe a little welding.
