Replacement Fuel Tank Help!

I discovered a 4in long 1in wide rust hole in the neck of my fuel tank on the way home from ojibwe. Where is a good place to get a replacement tank?

in the filler neck? just replace the neck.

I dont think it detaches without cutting and welding a new piece? Not to mention dropping the tank, draining it and letting it air out for a week.
