what kind of clutch would be good to put in my car for all around performance for my daily driver/ rallyx car its an 05

factory issue is the best shot, its nicer to the rest of the driveline.

^^Agree factory clutch is best. Exedy makes the factory clutch i am fairly sure.

Sorry to jack the thread but I didn't want to clutter the forums. I'll be in the market for a clutch too on my STi fairly soon. So factory is the best bet for a while? Plan to run RallyX quite a bit and maybe get into stage rally.

It depends on how much power you are running.....if you are stock power, then yeah stock clutch is best...if you are pushing stage 2 plus power, then stock is not gonna last long, you should look into other options.

I don't know if you ahve ordered your clutch yet, but I will be going with the Spec stage 1 organic nothing special clutch. Is good for 410ft-lbs, and if it gets burned up, it will come back unlike if you burn up the kevlar clutch.

South bend and exedy ftw.....cheap and one of the best for a little more then stock power

got my clutch today from my friends mom who works at carquest and its an exedy. Car has been on jack stands for the last week and ive just been picking at it day one took off the air box and unpluged some wiring. day 2 took off the cats and and did some cleaning. tood a break a few days and yesturday took off the drive shaft from the diff. and did some more mud detailing have some nice piles of mud that i never was able to get to
