hey ive got an 07 2.5i, and i keep getting a check engine with a blinking cruise...im guessing its something with my crappy autozone intake. anyone know what this could be??

Just guessing here, but I bet it's a Check Engine Light. Which means you should Check your Engine.

Seriously, go back to Autozone, borrow their code reader, and then tell us the code. Only then can we help you.

Autozone doesn't loan code reader anymore. blinking cruise always happens with cel's. find a friend or a local shop with reader. could be anything from you didn't put your gas cap on all the way to your motoer is about to explode. You can try: removing the neg cable from battery and pressing the brake pedal then waiting 10 min and reconnecting battery to clear it. prob the intake

Huh... well, the Advance Auto near here does loan them out still, so go find them.

Alternately, find someone with a Tactrix cable and use Learning View to pull the code.

I disagree with kmount, though. You shouldn't reset the ECU until you know what the code is. Your engine may be trying to tell you something important. Odds are, your engine is trying to tell you that you should have read my thread on why you shouldn't use CAI/SRIs with your car.
