I don't think it gets much better than this for in-home decor. I need to hang these on the wall...

Color is anthracite. They had these and white in stock. Paul (team illuminata) said the wait time could be anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks to order a set in black depending on the factory's schedule.

Free shipping looks like it only applies to the TD wheels

Where did you find R700's? Did you get those from Paul also? He had five back in February.

I just ordered a skid plate from Paul at Team Illuminata. It will be here friday just in time for the next RallyX. PAUL ROCKS!!!

He is buying my R700's, slightly used of course. I am going a different route with dirt tires....gonna have to wait about a week and a half to see what I've got up my sleeve :FU:

I wish I was getting new r700's from Paul! Those things got really cheap towards the end... I'm getting the next best thing though, a used set from 06dirtywagon in a couple weeks.

Albert, I'd pick up the tires sooner, but buying the wheels cleaned me out! Need to get payed again first...

My thoughts exactly Aaron. Now if only I could find an STi for as cheap as the wheels were

Well, looks like I was beaten to the punch by the man himself!

What did you do for valve-stems Kyle? Anything special? I still have to give DCH a call on the lugnuts.

JacksonRally

To be honest the valve stems are whatever the guy put in at the tire shop they were mounted...which if I think about it hard enough it was DCH that mounted them. I would imagine there are nicer valve stems than the little almost free ones the tire shops have but until I have a problem with these they are just fine. I was thinking on the 15th when you come for the tires we will just go to the tire shop down the street from me, after all in order for you to get my tires my car is gonna be up on jack stands until my new tires are mounted so I figured we would just do it all at once....bring your wheels. I think its about $7 to mount $7 to balance and maybe a buck or two for the valve stems. I wouldn't balance the rally tires though, the first rock between wheel and caliper will wipe the weights right off....waste of money.

Spent Saturday down at 06drtywgn's shop and picked up the kumhos. Had a good time helping him install some new motor and trans mounts as well (we are getting screwed with the USDM mounts btw... soft squishy crap!)

Holy sidewall stiffness batman! Check out the tread on these things.

They are going to fill out the wheel-well much better too. Makes it quite apparent just how goofy looking the stock setup is...

Here's hoping it doesn't rain us out of El Mirage this weekend Albert... :(

Round 2 of supplies showed up today, a pair of Rallye 4 harnesses:

I'll post something more meaningful than teaser pics tomorrow (in the proper forum no less!). Took way longer than I thought it would to get these things in. I finished up the driver's side and called it a night. Needed to trim some of the floor upholstery and the rear plastic pilar to clear the new belt, along with unbolting the driver's seat. A quick drive proves the effort was well worth it though
