I like the Rally edition they have on RSSports Cars.com... if they came out with that for the general public then I would have no problem buying one... until then I will just do a full swap with the Version 8.

Saw an 08 WRX today at the gas station, a salesman was filling it up. Its a really boring looking car. Mabey fun to drive. But the styling has now become generic. It looks like an overweight corolla.

Well I got a chance to drive an 08 WRX the other day, really drive it not just test drive, and my patience is going to be severely tested the next few months trying to wait for the STi to come out. I know the looks aren't everyone's cup of tea but this thing just drives so much better than the GD body style. We went on some nice winding mountain roads with a little gravel mixxed in. Once I figured out how to disable the traction control it was a blast. Was following a friend in a 05 wagon and had no problem keeping up car felt like it wanted more than what traffic/my friend were letting me.

Grr... they are taking Focus's and putting Boxer engines in them... how sad.
I've seen some concept art of the new STi though... it's sort of growing on me.
