:-(
ok so the other day I got gas. Not long after I got gas the car started suffering a pretty sucky power loss. From 2200rpm to 4000rpm the car hesitates, and it seems like the turbo wants to get pressure, but loses it. I wonder if all this is a result of some dirty injectors?????.. The car is going in the dealer tuesday, i'm going to suck up all the warrenty I can get. But it would be great to hear from all my fine friends out there!!!!!
Thanks,:)

What does it do over 4000 rpms? How many miles on car? What gas do you use, did you change stations or even pumps? What recent maintenance has been done, or needs to be done? But you've got warranty coverage so don't sweat it too much.

Yeah, let the dealership sort it out if its under warranty. If you have some free time on your hands you could drain the gas tank and put some other gas to see if its just a fluke with bad gas?

My car did this once towards the end of the oil life and when I took it to the dealership they said when the oil gets dirty it can starve the turbo and not let it get enough oil. Changed my oil and problem went away.

25k miles
And when it gets over 4k it rockets off :headbang:
And I've noticed that I've gottin retty good gas mileage. it usually gets 50 miles to a 1/4 tank, now it's gotin 100???. Oh and It's due for another service in about 500 miles. I change every 3-5k!!!!!

Are you the first owner of the car? If not, it sounds like what my car is doing because the clutch needs to be replaced, the clutch could have been bad, do not adjusted correctly from factory.
Also, as far as oil goes, change it before 3k miles if you drive it hard. (it sounds like you do getting only 200 miles a tank)
Good luck with it.

Yes I'm the first owner..And I usually get about 300 to 320 miles per tank. and going against my post before, it;s going to be around 300 i think.
And thanks for the info. hey I hope warenty covers that clutch. I have not been real rough with it. But i think I should be cool. I have the extended bumper to bumper for 75k.....

I hope it is covered for you. I mean, if it is the clutch, I know mine is not covered, but I am also the third owner and have 110k on the car. I do have the extended coverage, but the clutch is considered "Maintenance" item, and it falls under the same thing as break pads.
Good luck again, let us know how you make out.
